The International Telecommunication Union is the most important organization of the United Nations regarding information technologies. The Union is in charge of regulating telecommunications at an international level between different governments and operating companies. Its headquarters are located in the city of Geneva, Switzerland. The city of Guadalajara in the State of Jalisco, Mexico, hosted its Plenipotentiary Conference in 2010 where delegates from all member countries attended.

siete|media was responsible for creating and producing the overall image of the event, including designing the logo and its various applications, arranging the layout and design for meeting rooms and stages, and even designing the staff uniforms. Additionally, we planned and developed digital communication in multiple languages for the extensive signage system throughout the 90,000 square meters of Expo Guadalajara where the event took place.
